8:30 AM: Welcome performance by the featured artist presented by the Washington Pavilion.

8:35 AM: Founder Stories – Hear 3-minute presentations from two founders or business leaders, followed by a conversation.

9:15 AM: Event concludes, but FREE coworking begins (9:15 am-Noon)

About Nate Boscaljon and Boscaljon Design Co.

Nate and Anna Boscaljon began woodworking in 2016 and officially launched their business in 2019, transitioning to full-time entrepreneurship in 2021. Anna’s marketing efforts, which gained over 100,000 Instagram followers, and Nate’s design skills have helped their custom furniture, cabinetry, and home accessories business thrive in both retail and commercial spaces.

Andrew Fritz has spent over 10 years in the coffee industry, driven by his passion for the people, complexity, and nuances of coffee. Guided by roots and relationships, he is committed to working with farmers who prioritize sustainability and crafting roast processes that honor the unique flavors of each coffee, ensuring a balanced and harmonious connection with the earth and the people behind the beans.

About Pauliina Parris and Shall We Tea.

Pauliina’s journey from Turku, Finland to Sioux Falls is rooted in her passion for East Asian tea traditions, which she discovered during her years in the region. At Shall We Tea, she shares her love for pure, single-origin fine teas through classes and tasting experiences, offering a rich, authentic exploration of tea as a journey of discovery.
