Included in the presentation will be discussion regarding what a business owner (or startup entrepreneur) should consider when putting together a business budget. Also included will be common mistakes and overlooked items when budgeting. There will also be time to talk about the various functions the budgets can serve, such as understanding cash flow, applying for a bank loan and getting a handle on your Break Even Point.
