Startup Sioux Falls invites you to a morning of inspiration and connection at our monthly event, Startup Sunrise. Each month, two startup founders or business leaders will briefly share their journey, followed by a facilitated conversation. Startup Sunrise transforms early mornings into a vibrant environment to connect, learn, share ideas, and problem-solve with the brightest minds in our community!

8:00 AM: Coffee – Connect over a cup of with beans from The Source.
8:30 AM: Welcome performance by the featured artist
8:35 AM: Founder Stories – Hear 3-minute presentations from two founders or business leaders, followed by a facilitated conversation and audience Q&A.
9:15 AM: Event concludes, but FREE coworking begins (8am-5pm)

About Caleb Hoover and TheVideoLab
Caleb Hoover, founder of Hoover Heights Media, LLC, has been creating impactful video content since 2012, ranging from music videos to brand campaigns. In 2019, his passion for video education led to the creation of The Video Lab, a space dedicated to empowering others through video skills coaching, high-quality production, and batch filming services. The Video Lab operates on four core principles—Consistency, Community, Content, and Creativity—ensuring the most effective strategies for online video success.
About Tanna Soubak and Strategie
Tanna, a seasoned marketing professional, launched a successful women’s boutique and honed her expertise over nearly a decade. With a background in healthcare as a Project Manager and Marketing Director, she now leads Strategie, a thriving marketing business she founded in 2021 after completing the CO.STARTERS program at Startup Sioux Falls. What began as a test of her entrepreneurial potential quickly grew into a full-time venture, where she provides tailored marketing solutions with a focus on excellence and authentic connections.
